Projects

Since 2018, I’ve worked with the TPS Collective to support the community of people who teach with primary sources across diverse professions and workplaces. Two of my key roles in this work have been helping with unconferences (now operating as TPS Fest) and maintaining the TPS Bibliography (since 2019). Learn about what we’ve created through TPS unconferences in this short video.

On New Books Network, I highlight the work of authors whose academic book publications focus on issues related to libraries and archives. View an archive of podcast interviews I’ve recorded here, and connect with me if you’ve written a book that you think would be a good fit for a New Books Network episode.

Look for me on H-Net as one of the editors for H-HistBibl, H-Net’s Network for the practice and study of bibliographic and library services.

I was the Innovations in Practice section editor for Partnership: The Canadian Journal of Library and Information Practice and Research from January 2019 through January 2025, as well as interim Theory & Practice section editor from February 2024 through January 2025. I served as series editor for the Society of American Archivists’ Case Studies on Teaching With Primary Sources from 2019 to 2021.

My involvement with Interference Archive from 2013 through 2023 included collection management, public programming, volunteer organizing, exhibition curation, grant writing, and administrative work.
